Successful Record Perforation at the Taylok Field

At the Taylok field, well #41, specialists from the Logging and Perforation departments successfully conducted simultaneous perforation on pipes of a record length — 62 meters. The work was carried out by Perforation crew #3 under the leadership of team supervisor Mahmud Eshmurodov.

Implementation of Advanced Technologies

The use of tubing-conveyed perforation (TCP) technologies enables high-powered perforation in a single run. This method is particularly relevant for wells with a high deviation angle and horizontal wells, where TCP is the only effective way to access perforation intervals.

TCP allows the use of large-caliber perforators and minimizes reservoir contamination by creating depression before perforation is performed.

Effective Combination with Testing Tools

Using TCP in conjunction with drillstem test (DST) tools provides effective control of reservoir fluids and significantly increases productivity. TCP assemblies can be either retrieved without destroying the well using the "SHOOT AND PULL" method or integrated into the completion of the well.

Contributing to the Future of the Industry

The successful implementation of these technologies at Taylok demonstrates the team's high level of professionalism and confirms the company's readiness to adopt innovative solutions that ensure safety and efficiency in production.

Congratulations to all project participants on this remarkable achievement!
